Dr. Michael Vittori is the Founder and CEO of BrilliSkin. A dual-degreed physician and licensed pharmacist, he earned his MD from Washington University School of Medicine in St. Louis and his PharmD from the University of Rhode Island. He has authored peer-reviewed dermatology publications and developed evidence-based treatment protocols focused on safety, effectiveness, and patient-centered outcomes. Guided by the belief that healthcare is a right—not a privilege—he founded BrilliSkin in 2024 to remove cost, geographic, and wait-time barriers to specialist skin care.

Dr. Austin J. Jabbour is a rising expert in dermatologic oncology, rooted in elite clinical training and fellowship research, and now translating that expertise into accessible skincare through BrilliSkin. With a passion fueled by early experiences treating high-risk skin cancer patients in the clinical trial and outpatient setting, his trajectory reflects a dedication to advancing skin health—from bench to bedside to beauty.

Dr. Yasir Al-Dojaily earned his BMSc from Western University in Canada and his MD from Virginia Commonwealth University School of Medicine, followed by a general surgery internship. Dr. Al-Dojaily's academic and research interests lie in surgical technology and the development of innovative dermatologic therapies. He is a passionate advocate for equitable dermatologic care, believing that access should not be limited by financial or geographic barriers.

Nikki Johnston is a seasoned healthcare executive with more than 15 years of experience leading high-growth, multi-site healthcare organizations across clinical, digital, and private equity-backed environments. As Chief Operating Officer of BrilliSkin, Nikki brings deep expertise in operational strategy, scaling healthcare services, and building infrastructure that supports both clinical quality and sustainable growth.

Throughout her career, Nikki has led enterprise-level initiatives spanning operations, growth strategy, compliance, workforce development, and market expansion. Prior to joining BrilliSkin, she served in senior executive roles where she helped scale healthcare platforms rapidly, including driving significant revenue growth, dramatically improving staff retention, and building operational departments and systems from the ground up.

Nikki is known for her ability to translate vision into execution. She has extensive experience launching new healthcare service lines, optimizing care delivery models, and navigating the complexities of regulated healthcare environments while maintaining a strong focus on patient experience and provider success. Her leadership style emphasizes clarity, accountability, and people-centered systems that allow organizations to grow without losing operational control.
